Na warszawskim kreuzbergu. Etnograficzne studium nad zamieszkiwaniem oficyny dawnego pasażu Italia w Warszawie

dc.abstract.en	The thesis is an attempt to create a multilayered portrait of the community that inhabits the building of a former “Italia” passage in Warsaw. In a field of dwelling the author is interested in the relationships that inhabitants maintain between each other, non-human actors and the history of the building. The actor-network theory presented by Bruno Latour is one of the core components of the author's approach. In the research she heavily focuses on daily practices of the dwellers as well as the materials and objects surrounding them. She does so by conducting a qualitative study, in which research material is collected through interviews, observation, desk-research and autoetnographic diary. In the research, the author reaches to methodology of the grounded theory, which results in the discard of the unambiguous research question. The aim is to capture the multiplicity of experiences and practices within the phenomenon of dwelling in the so-called Warsaw kreuzberg. Described social microworld also finds its reference as an aftermath of the reprivatization process, which is significant for Warsaw.
dc.abstract.pl	Praca stanowi próbę stworzenia wielowarstwowego portretu, tego jak zamieszkiwana jest przez obecnych lokatorów oficyna dawnego pasażu Italia w Warszawie. W obrębie zamieszkiwania autorkę interesują relacje mieszkańców występujące między nimi samymi, aktorami nieludzkimi oraz historią budynku. Jedną z głównych osi kształtujących podejście badawcze jest teoria aktora-sieci Bruno Latoura. W swoich poszukiwaniach autorka skupia się przede wszystkim na praktykach codzienności w obrębie zamieszkiwania, na tworzącej miejsce materii oraz na wypełniających je przedmiotach. Realizuje jakościowe badanie o charakterze etnograficznym, w którym materiał badawczy zbierany jest poprzez wywiady, obserwację, analizę danych zastanych, oraz zapis autoetnograficzny. Autorka czerpie z metodologii teorii ugruntowanej, dlatego przeprowadzonemu badaniu nie towarzyszy jednoznaczne pytanie badawcze. Celem jest uchwycenie wielości doświadczeń i praktyk w obrębie zamieszkiwania warszawskiego kreuzbergu. Zarysowany mikroświat społeczny znajduje swoje odniesienie również do procesów reprywatyzacji, charakterystycznych dla Warszawy.
