Zjawisko przemocy wobec nauczycieli szkolnych w Korei Południowej w latach 2014–2024

dc.abstract.en	The subject of this thesis is the phenomenon of violence against school teachers in the context of South Korean society. The purpose is to show the link between creating a new version of Child Welfare Act and examples of violence towards educators as well as differentiating them. The first chapter deals with the origin of violence, definisions, theories of aggression in the world, different kinds of them in general and in the context of school. The second chapter describes past and present situation of South Korean teachers. It also shows types of aggression that educators experience. The third chapter deals with causes and possible effects of violence unless something is done to prevent it.
dc.abstract.pl	Przedmiotem pracy jest zjawisko przemocy wobec nauczycieli szkolnych w kontekście południowokoreańskiego społeczeństwa. Natomiast celem jest pokazanie zależności między uchwaleniem Ustawy o Opiece nad Dziećmi a przykładami agresji wobec edukatorów oraz zróżnicowanie tych przypadków przemocy. Pierwszy rozdział poświęcony jest genezie przemocy na świecie. Przedstawione są w nim także definicje, teorie przemocy na świecie oraz jej rodzaje ogólnie i w kontekście szkolnym. Drugi rozdział opisuje sytuację koreańskich nauczycieli dawniej i współcześnie. Przedstawione są także rodzaje przemocy jakich doświadczają edukatorzy. W trzecim i zarazem ostatnim rozdziale są opisane przyczyny oraz prognozowane skutki problemu, jeśli nie zostaną podjęte przeciwdziałania.
