Zgoda pacjenta na zabieg medycyny estetycznej.

dc.abstract.en	The purpose of this thesis is to discuss the issue of consent for the provision of medical services, particularly in the context of non-medical procedures - both its legal nature and consequences for the patient and the doctor, as well as the required form of consent. The issue of the scope of the medical service is also analyzed, as well as the status of the patient and the resulting rights of the patient. Also discussed are violations of the right to give informed and informed consent to surgery and the inextricably linked right to information reported to the Patient Ombudsman, as well as the consequences of failure to respect these rights. The work also includes a presentation of the line of jurisprudence and judgments treating the subject of consent and aesthetic medicine.
dc.abstract.pl	Celem niniejszej pracy jest omówienie problematyki zgody na udzielenie świadczenia medycznego w szczególności w kontekście zabiegów niemających charakteru leczniczego – zarówno jej charakteru prawnego, jak i skutków dla pacjenta oraz lekarza a także wymaganej formy. Analizie poddana jest również problematyka zakresu świadczenia zdrowotnego a także statusu pacjenta i wynikających z tego tytułu praw pacjenta. Omawiane są również naruszenia prawa do wyrażenia świadomej i poinformowanej zgody na zabieg i nierozerwalnie z nim związanego prawa do informacji zgłoszone Rzecznikowi Praw Pacjenta a także skutki zaniechania przestrzegania tych praw. Praca zawiera również przedstawienie linii orzeczniczej i wyroków traktujących o tematyce zgody i medycyny estetycznej.
