Księstwo Andory – historia i ustrój na tle porównawczym miniaturowych państw Europy

dc.abstract.en	In this work I will try to present the characteristic features of the political system of the Principality of Andorra, with particular emphasis on the executive power. I will also present the individual changes that have occurred over the centuries, especially how the entities that exercised power over these areas changed. Then I will look at the systems and history of other small European countries, which include: the Principality of Liechtenstein, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Principality of Monaco, the Republic of Malta and the Republic of San Marino. After a brief description of each of these countries, I will make a comparison and point out the most important similarities and differences between them and the Principality of Andorra. I will also try to examine whether Andorra disseminates knowledge about its own country and how it compares to other countries. At the end of the work, I will try to find an answer to the question how unique Andorra's political system is in comparison to other political entities in Europe.
dc.abstract.pl	W niniejszej pracy postaram się przedstawić cechy charakterystyczne ustroju politycznego Księstwa Andory ze szczególnym naciskiem na władzę wykonawczą. Także przybliżę poszczególne zmiany jakie zachodziły na przestrzeni wieków a zwłaszcza jak zmieniały się podmioty, które sprawowały władzę nad tymi terenami. Następnie przyjrzę się ustrojom ora historii innym państwom europejskim o niewielkich rozmiarach, do których należą: Księstwo Liechtenstein, Wielkie Księstwo Luksemburga, Księstwo Monako, Republika Malty oraz Republika San Marino. Po krótkim opisie każdego z tych państw dokonam porównania i wskażę najważniejsze podobieństwa i różnice między nimi a Księstwem Andory. Również postaram się sprawdzić czy Andora propaguje wiedzę na temat własnego państwa, a także jak to wygląda na tle innych państw. Na końcu pracy podejmę próbę znalezienia odpowiedzi na pytanie, na ile wyjątkowy jest ustrój polityczny Andory w porównaniu do innych podmiotów politycznych w Europie.
