Ustalenie pochodzenia dziecka w prawie polskim i hiszpańskim

dc.abstract.en	The purpose of this thesis is to compare the regulations of determination of parentage in Poland and Spain. For this purpose the legal acts, case law and doctrine of both countries were analyzed. The conclusion is that the regulations are based on the same foundations, but they have also many differences.
dc.abstract.pl	Celem pracy jest porównanie przepisów regulujących ustalenie pochodzenia dziecka w Polsce i Hiszpanii. W tym celu dokonano analizy aktów prawnych, orzecznictwa i doktryny obu państw. Podsumowując, można stwierdzić, że regulacje oparte są na wspólnych fundamentach, ale posiadają również wiele różnic.
