Obraz kobiety we wczesnej twórczości chińskiego reżysera Zhanga Yimou

dc.abstract.en	This study examines the portrayal of female characters in Red Sorghum and Ju Dou which are the early films created by the Chinese director Zhang Yimou. The analysis primarily focuses on the presentation of the protagonists along with their connection to the mise-en-scene, male characters and the setting. In order to provide the reader with a certain understanding of the related cultural contexts, the first chapter introduces such figures as Zhang Yimou and the actress Gong Li as well as discusses the origin of the Fifth Generation filmmakers, while the following one briefly summarizes women’s history in China. The third and the fourth chapters contain the analysis of aforementioned films with particular emphasis on the cinematic and montage techniques along with the elements of the mise-en-scene. Afterwards, the reader is introduced to the conclusion and relevant findings of this study.
dc.abstract.pl	Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy licencjackiej jest analiza dwóch wczesnych filmów chińskiego reżysera Zhanga Yimou Czerwone sorgo oraz Ju Dou. Celem pracy jest wykrystalizowanie obrazu postaci kobiecych ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem sposobu prezentacji protagonistek, ich relacji w odniesieniu do mise-en-scene, kreacji męskich oraz świata przedstawionego. Aby przybliżyć czytelnikowi pewne konteksty kulturowe, w pierwszym rozdziale omówiono figurę reżysera, genezę Piątego Pokolenia oraz sylwetkę aktorki Gong Li, zaś w kolejnym streszczono minioną sytuację kobiet w chińskim kręgu kulturowym. Rozdział trzeci i czwarty poświęcono analizie filmowej ww. dzieł, uwzględniając techniki inscenizacyjne, zdjęciowe i montażowe. W zakończeniu konsekwentnie przedstawiono odpowiednie wnioski.
