dc.abstract.enThe paper analyzes Aneta Grzeszykowska's “Album” (2004) as an artistic response on the issue of the crisis of memory. The author interprets Grzeszykowska's work in the context of the tradition of Abraham “Aby” Warburg's and Gerhard Richter's atlases, as well as from the angle of avant-garde strategies employed by the artist, such as collage and photomontage. “Album” becomes a space for reflection on private and collective memory, redefining the role of photography as an autobiographical and cultural medium. It does not provide explicit answers, but rather serves as an open process of reinterpretation of the past.
dc.abstract.plPraca analizuje „Album” (2004) Anety Grzeszykowskiej jako artystyczną odpowiedź na zagadnienie kryzysu pamięci. Autorka interpretuje dzieło Grzeszykowskiej w kontekście tradycji atlasów Abrahama „Aby’ego” Warburga i Gerharda Richtera, a także przez pryzmat zastosowanych przez artystkę strategii awangardowych, takich jak kolaż czy fotomontaż. „Album” staje się przestrzenią refleksji nad pamięcią prywatną i zbiorową, redefiniując rolę fotografii jako medium autobiograficznego i kulturowego. Nie daje wyraźnych odpowiedzi, pełniąc funkcję otwartego procesu reinterpretacji przeszłości.
