Architektura informacji i user experience serwisów streamingowych Disney+ i Netflix – analiza porównawcza

dc.abstract.enThis paper analyzes the information architecture (IA) and user experience (UX) of two streaming services (Netflix and Disney+), comparing their features. The theoretical section presents definitions of IA and UX, discusses UX design models (Morville, Hassenzahl), and interface evaluation heuristics (Nielsen, Bastien & Scapin), as well as the latest research in this field. In the analytical section, selected elements of the information architecture of the discussed services are compared, and a heuristic audit is conducted based on heuristics proposed by the author, derived from the analysis presented in the theoretical chapter.
dc.abstract.plPoniższa praca analizuje architekturę informacji (AI) oraz user experience (UX) dwóch serwisów streamingowych (Netflix, Disney+) oraz porównuje ich cechy. W części teoretycznej przedstawiono definicje AI oraz UX, omówiono również modele projektowania UX (Morville, Hassenzahl) i heurystyki oceny interfejsów (Nielsen, Bastien i Scapin), a także najnowsze badania z tego zakresu. W części analitycznej porównano wybrane elementy architektury informacji omawianych serwisów oraz przeprowadzono audyt heurystyczny według zaproponowanych przez autorkę heurystyk, wynikających z analizy przeprowadzonej w rozdziale teoretycznym.
