Eléments choisis de politesse en langue des signes polonaise, sur un exemple de débat modéré

dc.abstract.en	The Deaf community has its own language distinct from Polish and has its own culture distinct from that of hearing Poles. Do these differences also apply to the distinctiveness of linguistic politeness? The study discussed selected elements of linguistic politeness in order to describe their occurrence in Polish Sign Language utterances of the Deaf participants of the debate as compared with elements appearing in the utterances of the hard-of-hearing participants produced in spoken Polish. In accordance with the hypothesis, the study found differences between the linguistic politeness of the two groups. The Deaf participants used non-verbal elements more frequently than the hard-of-hearing participants and appeared to be more active in showing their involvement in others’ speech.

dc.abstract.other	La communauté sourde a sa propre langue, distincte du polonais, et possède sa propre culture, distincte de celle des Polonais entendants. Ces différences s’appliquent-elles également au caractère distinctif de la politesse linguistique ? L’étude a présenté certains éléments de politesse linguistique afin de décrire leur présence dans le discours des participants au débat sourds en langue des signes polonaise et de les comparer aux éléments apparaissant dans le discours vocaux des participants malentendants en polonais. Conformément à l’hypothèse, l’étude a révélé des différences entre les deux groupes en ce qui concerne la politesse linguistique. Les participants sourds ont utilisé plus d’éléments non-verbaux que les participants malentendants et ont semblé être plus actifs en montrant leur engagement dans le discours des autres.
dc.abstract.pl	Społeczność Głuchych posługuje się własnym językiem odrębnym od języka polskiego oraz ma własną kulturę odrębną od kultury słyszących Polaków. Czy te różnice dotyczą również odrębności w zakresie grzeczności językowej? W pracy omówiono wybrane elementy grzeczności językowej w celu opisania ich występowania w polskim języku migowym (PJM) podczas wypowiedzi głuchych uczestników debaty oraz porównania z elementami pojawiającymi się w wypowiedziach słabosłyszących uczestników posługujących się językiem polskim. Zgodnie z hipotezą badanie wykazało różnice w grzeczności językowej między dwiema grupami. Głusi używali więcej elementów niewerbalnych niż słabosłyszący oraz okazali się aktywniejsi w pokazywaniu swojego zaangażowania w wypowiedzi innych.
