Treść i forma umowy o pracę

dc.abstract.en	The following master's thesis Content and form of an employment contract is devoted to the topic of the most common basis of employment in Poland, which is an employment contract. The individual chapters of the thesis present the genesis of an employment contract, the concept of an employment contract and types of employment contracts, components of the content of an employment contract, the form of the contract, as well as the freedom of the parties in shaping the content of the employment contract and its limitations. The master's thesis focuses primarily on the analysis of the provisions of the Labor Code relating to the issue of an employment contract and the employment relationship. In creating the thesis, scientific literature in the field of labor law, civil law and the case law of the Supreme Court, as well as European Union legislation, were also used.
dc.abstract.pl	Poniższa praca „Treść i forma umowy o pracę” została poświęcona tematyce najpowszechniejszej podstawy zatrudnienia w Polsce, jaką jest umowa o pracę. W poszczególnych rozdziałach pracy zostały przedstawione geneza umowy o pracę, pojęcie umowy o pracę oraz rodzaje umowy o pracę, składniki treści umowy o pracę, forma umowy, a także swoboda stron w kształtowaniu treści umowy o pracę oraz jej ograniczenia. Praca skupia się przede wszystkim na analizie przepisów Kodeksu Pracy, odnoszących się do kwestii umowy o pracę i stosunku pracy. Przy tworzeniu pracy wykorzystano także literaturę naukową z zakresu prawa pracy, prawa cywilnego oraz orzecznictwo Sądu Najwyższego, a także ustawodawstwo Unii Europejskiej.
