Regulacja trudnych emocji, samotność i depresyjność jako predyktory uzależnienia od pornografii u osób dorosłych

dc.abstract.enThis thesis examines how the regulation of difficult emotions, loneliness, depressiveness, and other characteristics relate to pornography addiction. It presents a review of existing publications on pornography addiction and discusses the research conducted for this thesis. The aim of this study is to highlight the problem of excessive use of pornographic content and discuss potential predictors of addiction. Regression analyses revealed that loneliness, depressiveness, and difficulties in emotion regulation significantly predicted the level of pornography addiction, with difficulties in emotion regulation proving to be the most important and stable predictor.
dc.abstract.plNiniejsza praca dotyczy związku regulacji trudnych emocji, samotności i depresyjności oraz innych cech z uzależnieniem od pornografii. Został przedstawiony w niej przegląd dotychczasowych publikacji dotyczących uzależnienia od pornografii oraz omówienie badania przeprowadzonego na potrzeby tej pracy. Celem pracy jest ukazanie problemu nadmiernego korzystania z treści pornograficznych oraz omówienie potencjalnych predyktorów powstawania uzależnienia. Wyniki analiz regresji wykazały, że samotność, depresyjność oraz trudności w regulacji emocji istotnie przewidują poziom uzależnienia od pornografii, przy czym najważniejszym i najstabilniejszym predyktorem okazały się trudności w regulacji emocji.
