dc.abstract.en	The subject of the work is to examine the effectiveness of the Police in the years 2020-2023 in combating drug crime, to analyze operational strategies and their impact on society. The choice of the topic results from the unique nature of the COVID-19 pandemic as a global crisis, the changes introduced in the rules of social functioning in the presented time, which is an interesting area of research. In addition, it is worth mentioning that the pandemic forced law enforcement agencies to implement a new, previously untaken range of tasks related to health protection and enforcement of sanitary regulations. The issues constitute a research problem. The main goal of this work is to attempt to analyze the effectiveness of the Police in the years 2020-2023 in combating drug crime and the impact of the above-mentioned activities on society. The author explored the topic of the characteristics of drug crime, tasks, powers, methods of operation of the Police in an attempt to eliminate the examined problem. An important element is also the analysis of the effectiveness of the activities carried out. The function of this work is also the cognitive role of the impact of the activities of law enforcement agencies on society. The work was written based on applicable normative acts, official documents in the form of reports of the Central Bureau of Investigation of the Police and the National Center for Combating Addictions, source materials from scientific literature devoted to narcotics. Source material also includes Internet sources.
dc.abstract.pl	Tematem pracy jest zbadanie efektywności działań Policji w latach 2020-2023 w zwalczaniu przestępczości narkotykowej, przeprowadzenie analizy strategii operacyjnych oraz ich wpływu na społeczeństwo. Wybór tematu wynika z wyjątkowego charakteru pandemii COVID-19 jako globalnego kryzysu, wprowadzonych zmian zasad funkcjonowania społecznego w przedstawionym czasie, co stanowi interesującą sferę badań. Ponadto warto wspomnieć, iż pandemia wymusiła na organach ścigania realizację nowego, dotychczas niepodejmowanego zakresu zadań związanych z ochroną zdrowia oraz egzekwowania przepisów sanitarnych. Zagadnienia stanowią problem badawczy. Zasadniczym celem niniejszej pracy jest próba analizy efektywności działań Policji w latach 2020-2023 w zwalczaniu przestępczości narkotykowej oraz wpływu wymienionych działań na społeczeństwo. Autor zgłębił temat charakterystyki przestępczości narkotykowej, zadań, uprawnień, metod działania Policji w próbie niwelowania badanego problemu. Istotnym elementem jest także przeprowadzona analiza efektywności działań. Funkcję niniejszej pracy stanowi także rola poznawcza wpływu czynności organów ścigania na społeczeństwo. Praca została napisana w oparciu o obowiązujące akty normatywne, dokumenty urzędowe w postaci raportów Centralnego Biura Śledczego Policji oraz Krajowego Centrum Przeciwdziałania Uzależnieniom, materiały źródłowe z literatury naukowej poświęconej środkom odurzającym. Materiał źródłowy stanowią także źródła internetowe.
