Rola i kompetencje Najwyższej Izby Kontroli - wybrane zagadnienia

dc.abstract.en	This work addresses issues related to the Supreme Control Chamber and focuses on presenting selected issues related to its role and competences.The work includes issues related to the legal system of public administration control and the historical origins of the supreme state control body. The work presents the political position of the Supreme Control Chamber, its competences and the mode of operation of the chamber. The organizational structure of the Supreme Control Chamber was also presented, as well as issues related to the president of the chamber and its controllers. The work also refers to the issues related to audits carried out by the Supreme Control Chamber.
dc.abstract.pl	Niniejsza praca podejmuje problematykę dotyczącą Najwyższej Izby Kontroli, skupia się na zaprezentowaniu wybranych zagadnień z zakresu jej roli i kompetencji. Praca uwzględnia zagadnienia związane z systemem prawnym kontroli administracji publicznej oraz genezą historyczną naczelnego organu kontroli państwowej. Praca prezentuje pozycję ustrojową NIK, kompetencje oraz tryb działania izby. Ukazano także strukturę organizacyjną NIK jak i kwestie dotyczące prezesa izby oraz kontrolerów. W pracy odniesiono się również do tematyki związanej z przeprowadzaniem kontroli przez Najwyższą Izbę Kontroli.
