Badanie potrzeb użytkowników systemu USOS. Case study jednostek Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego obsługujących kształcenie doktorantów

dc.abstract.en	This study examines the usability of the USOS system from the perspective of administrative staff supporting doctoral education at the University of Warsaw. The aim of the study was to identify, classify, and prioritize the system’s shortcomings, as well as to determine which of these can be realistically improved and which result from permanent technical or organizational limitations. The Delphi method was used as the main research strategy, conducted in three rounds between October 2025 and April 2026. The expert panel included individuals with practical experience working with the USOS system in the area of doctoral education administration. The results of the Delphi study were compared with the relevant literature and the author’s own observations as a user of the system. The study identified six categories of problems of varying nature: technical errors, functional gaps, limitations of automation, interface shortcomings, and barriers related to personal data security. The experts identified the modernization of the management of Periodic Achievement Cards and the expansion of report filters as priorities. The results confirmed the hypothesis that most of the inconveniences stem from the system’s logic being insufficiently adapted to the specific nature of doctoral education introduced by the 2018 reform. Technical barriers were assessed as more amenable to improvement than process and organizational barriers.
dc.abstract.pl	Praca dotyczy problematyki użyteczności systemu USOS z perspektywy pracowników administracyjnych obsługujących kształcenie doktorantów na Uniwersytecie Warszawskim. Celem badania była identyfikacja, typologia oraz hierarchizacja niedogodności systemu, a także określenie, które z nich mogą podlegać realnym usprawnieniom, a które wynikają z trwałych ograniczeń technicznych lub organizacyjnych. Jako główną strategię badawczą zastosowano metodę delficką, przeprowadzoną w trzech rundach w okresie od października 2025 do kwietnia 2026 roku. Panel ekspercki objął osoby posiadające praktyczne doświadczenie w pracy z systemem USOS w obszarze obsługi kształcenia doktorantów. Wyniki badania delfickiego zostały skonfrontowane z literaturą przedmiotu oraz obserwacją własną autorki jako użytkowniczki systemu. Badanie ujawniło sześć kategorii problemów o zróżnicowanym charakterze: błędy techniczne, luki funkcjonalne, ograniczenia automatyzacji, niedostatki interfejsu oraz bariery związane z bezpieczeństwem danych osobowych. Eksperci za priorytetowe uznali modernizację obsługi Kart Okresowych Osiągnięć oraz rozbudowę filtrów raportów. Wyniki potwierdziły hipotezę, że większość niedogodności wynika z niedostatecznego dopasowania logiki systemu do specyfiki kształcenia doktoranckiego wprowadzonej reformą z 2018 roku. Bariery techniczne zostały ocenione jako bardziej podatne na usprawnienie niż bariery procesowe i organizacyjne.
