Po swojomu! Analiza języka podlaskiego w kontekście kulturowym i socjolingwistycznym

dc.abstract.en	An analysis of the current status of the Podlachian language, the degree of its standardization, and contemporary forms of usage and reconstruction. Based on historical and linguistic context, the study engages in a dialogue with the existing discourse surrounding the recognition of the Podlachian language as a regional language. Historical transformations of the region and the shifting administrative boundaries of Podlachia and the Podlaskie Voivodeship were also taken into account, as they have influenced the linguistic and identity diversity of local communities. Drawing on field research conducted in the region, as well as the author’s own observations and experiences, the study highlights the internal variation of the language and its connection to other aspects of identity among contemporary residents of Podlachia. Current examples of the language’s use in literary spaces and media - both traditional and digital - are presented, with a reach extending beyond the regional context.
dc.abstract.pl	Analiza obecnego statusu języka podlaskiego, poziomu jego standaryzacji oraz współczesnych form użycia i rekonstrukcji. W oparciu o kontekst historyczny oraz językoznawczy podjęto dialog z istniejącym dyskursem dotyczącym uznania języka podlaskiego za język regionalny. Uwzględniono także historyczne przemiany regionu oraz zmieniające się granice administracyjne Podlasia i województwa podlaskiego, które wpłynęły na zróżnicowanie językowe i tożsamościowe lokalnych społeczności. Na podstawie wyników badań terenowych w regionie oraz własnych obserwacji i doświadczeń wykazano wewnętrzne zróżnicowanie języka oraz jego związki z innymi elementami tożsamości współczesnych mieszkańców Podlasia. Przedstawione zostały aktualne przykłady wykorzystania języka w przestrzeni literackiej i mediów - zarówno tradycyjnych, jak i cyfrowych - o zasięgu wykraczającym poza kontekst regionalny.
