Wpływ nowych technologii na rozwój zrównoważonej mobilności miejskiej. Analiza dokumentów strategicznych w Polsce

dc.abstract.en	The aim of the work was to examine the impact of new technologies on the development of sustainable urban mobility. The relationship between new technological trends and the features of sustainable mobility was investigated. This made it possible to demonstrate a strong link between them, based on the developed list of technological trends as well as definitions and descriptions of sustainable mobility from national and EU documents. An important part of the work was to show the complexity of topics related to sustainable mobility. The work was intended to show that “sustainable” does not only mean environmentally friendly but also: accessible, safe or supporting economic development. As part of the study, the presence of technological trends in Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans was analyzed. The results showed that these trends are present in the documents, however, significant disparities in the representativeness of some of them could be observed. Based on the research, it was possible to identify good practices as well as SUMP documents that contained the most references to technological trends from the prepared list.
dc.abstract.pl	Celem pracy było zbadanie wpływu nowych technologii na rozwój zrównoważonej mobilności miejskiej. Zbadany został związek pomiędzy nowymi trendami technologicznymi a cechami zrównoważonej mobilności. Pozwoliło to na wykazanie silnego powiązania między nimi, bazując na opracowanej liście trendów technologicznych jak również definicjach i opisach zrównoważonej mobilności z dokumentów krajowych i unijnych. Ważną częścią pracy było pokazanie złożoności tematów związanych ze zrównoważoną mobilnością. Praca miała za zadanie pokazać, że “zrównoważony” nie oznacza jedynie przyjazny środowisku lecz także: dostępny, bezpieczny czy wspomagający rozwój gospodarczy. W ramach badania, przeanalizowana została obecność trendów technologicznych w Planach Zrównoważonej Mobilności Miejskiej. Wyniki pokazały, że trendy te są obecne w dokumentach jednak zaobserwować można było znaczne dysproporcje w reprezentatywności niektórych z nich. Na podstawie badań możliwe było wytypowanie dobrych praktyk jak i dokumentów SUMP, które zawierały w sobie najwięcej nawiązań do trendów technologicznych z przygotowanej listy.
