Ewolucja handlu ludźmi w dobie rozwoju nowych technologii

dc.abstract.en	The subject of the master's thesis is contemporary human trafficking. It contains three chapters: the first is chronological in nature, and the other two are problem-based. The first one consists of four subchapters, and is entitled “Human trafficking before the era of new technologies”. In it, I present the historical context of human trafficking, the legislation introduced in the 20th century against this crime, a description of human trafficking in the late 20th century and the evolution of this phenomenon at the beginning of the 21st century. The second chapter, entitled “Human trafficking with the use of new technologies”, focuses on contemporary human trafficking and the impact of new technologies on it. It consists of five subchapters. In it, I describe contemporary identification and recruitment of victims, exploitation of victims via the Internet, the role of technology in controlling the victim, internal contact of online traffickers and financial management in this crime by using new technologies. The third and last chapter of the thesis consists of three subchapters and is called “New technologies in the prevention of human trafficking by international security bodies”. In it, I present the tools used by international bodies to prevent human trafficking, international cooperation and data exchange using new technologies, and the challenges and limitations of using new technologies to combat human trafficking.
dc.abstract.pl	Przedmiotem pracy magisterskiej jest współczesny handel ludźmi. Zawiera trzy rozdziały: pierwszy ma charakter chronologiczny, a pozostałe dwa problemowy. Pierwszy z nich składa się z czterech podrozdziałów, zatytułowany jest Handel ludźmi przed erą nowych technologii. Przedstawiam w nim historyczny kontekst handlu ludźmi, ustawodawstwo wprowadzane w XX wieku przeciw temu przestępstwu, opis handlu ludźmi pod koniec XX wieku i ewolucję tego zjawiska z początkiem XXI wieku. Rozdział drugi pod tytułem Handel ludźmi z wykorzystaniem nowych technologii skupia się na teraźniejszym handlu ludźmi i tym, jaki wpływ na niego mają nowe technologie. Składa się z pięciu podrozdziałów. Opisuję w nim współczesną identyfikację i rekrutację ofiar, eksploatację ofiar przez Internet, rolę technologii w kontrolowaniu ofiary, kontakt wewnętrzny handlarzy online oraz zarządzanie finansami w tym przestępstwie za pomocą nowych technologii. Trzeci i ostatni rozdział pracy składa się z trzech podrozdziałów i nazywa się Nowe technologie w prewencji handlu ludźmi przez międzynarodowe organy bezpieczeństwa. Prezentuję w nim narzędzia wykorzystywane przez międzynarodowe organy w prewencji handlu ludźmi, współpracę międzynarodową i wymianę danych przy użyciu nowych technologii oraz wyzwania i ograniczenia w stosowaniu nowych technologii w zwalczaniu handlu ludźmi.
