Życie codzienne mieszkańców Górskiego Karabachu w trakcie blokady 2022-2023. Wybrane zagadnienia.

dc.abstract.en	This work analyzes the consequences of the blockade of the Lachin Corridor for the civilian population. The aim of the research was to demonstrate the impact of the region's isolation on fundamental aspects of daily life and to assess the scale of human rights violations. The work is based on interviews conducted with Karabakh refugees in Armenia and reports from the Artsakh Ombudsman's office, prepared during the blockade. A thematic analysis approach was used, allowing for the identification of five key research areas. Respondents were selected based on knowledge of English or Russian, residence in Armenia, and membership in a specialized or vulnerable group. The work is structured in three chapters: the first presents a methodological reflection, the second presents the historical and political context of the conflict, and the third contains an analysis of the source material. The work combines statistical data from the reports with individual testimonies of the interviewees, allowing for the presentation of the blockade not only as a political and logistical problem but also as an existential experience. The study's conclusions point to systematic violations of human rights during the blockade and the limited effectiveness of international protection mechanisms. The text combines scholarly analysis with documentation of individual testimonies, constituting both a study and an act of remembrance of the victims of the humanitarian crisis.
dc.abstract.pl	Praca analizuje konsekwencje blokady korytarza laczyńskiego, dla ludności cywilnej. Celem badań było ukazanie wpływu izolacji regionu na podstawowe aspekty życia codziennego oraz ocena skali naruszeń praw człowieka. Podstawą źródłową pracy są wywiady, przeprowadzone z uchodźcami z Karabachu w Armenii, oraz raporty biura Ombudsmana Arcachu, sporządzane w trakcie blokady. Zastosowano metodę analizy tematycznej, pozwalającą wyodrębnić pięć kluczowych obszarów badawczych. Dobór respondentów uwzględniał znajomość języka angielskiego lub rosyjskiego, pobyt w Armenii oraz przynależność do grupy wyspecjalizowanej bądź wrażliwej. Struktura pracy obejmuje trzy rozdziały: pierwszy prezentuje refleksję metodologiczną, drugi przedstawia kontekst historyczno-polityczny konfliktu, a trzeci zawiera analizę materiału źródłowego. W pracy zestawiono dane statystyczne z raportów z indywidualnymi świadectwami rozmówców, co pozwoliło ukazać blokadę nie tylko jako problem polityczny i logistyczny, lecz także jako doświadczenie egzystencjalne. Wnioski pracy wskazują na systematyczne naruszenia praw człowieka w okresie blokady oraz ograniczoną skuteczność mechanizmów międzynarodowej ochrony. Tekst łączy analizę naukową z dokumentacją indywidualnych świadectw, stanowiąc jednocześnie studium i akt pamięci o ofiarach kryzysu humanitarnego.
