Porozumiewanie bez Przemocy jako strategia radzenia sobie z agresywnymi zachowaniami u dzieci w przedszkolach

dc.abstract.en	The subject of this work is the analysis of Nonviolent Communication as a strategy for dealing with aggressive behavior in preschool children. The aim of my work is to find answers to the questions: Is Nonviolent Communication an effective method supporting the reduction of aggression among children? Is it a technique used by teachers in their daily work? What are the feelings of teachers regarding the effectiveness of this strategy? The theoretical part introduces the basic issues related to the subject of child development in preschool age. It also describes what aggressive behaviors are and how they manifest themselves in the everyday functioning of children aged three to six. Methods of reducing aggression are presented, such as: social skills training, aggression replacement training, modeling, development of emotional intelligence and Nonviolent Communication (original name is NVC - Nonviolent Communication). The NVC method plays an important role in this work, especially in the practical part, where the focus is on its application in educational work in preschool. In the methodological part, interviews were conducted with 10 women working in Warsaw kindergartens that implement an approach based on Nonviolent Communication. The aim of the interviews was to obtain detailed information on the use of this method and to formulate conclusions regarding its effectiveness. The interviews concerned, among others: completed training in the field of NVC, cooperation with parents, methods used, difficulties encountered and the effectiveness and efficiency of using this method in comparison to other educational strategies. The obtained results indicate that Nonviolent Communication can be an effective educational strategy that reduces aggressive behavior. It also allows for the development of emotional and social competences in children. Regular use of the given method increases the effectiveness of the educators' work and reduces conflicts in the group. However, the respondents pointed out that there are moments when help in the form of a supervisor would be useful to increase the effectiveness of their work.

Celem mojej pracy jest poszukiwanie odpowiedzi na pytania: Czy Porozumiewanie bez Przemocy jest skuteczną metodą wspierającą redukcję agresji wśród dzieci? Czy jest techniką wykorzystywaną przez nauczycieli w codziennej pracy? Jakie odczucia mają pedagodzy odnośnie efektywności tej strategii? Część teoretyczna przybliża podstawowe zagadnienia związane z tematyką rozwoju dziecka w wieku przedszkolnym. Opisano również czym są zachowania agresywne oraz w jaki sposób objawiają się w codziennym funkcjonowaniu dzieci w wieku od trzech do sześciu lat. Przedstawione zostały metody redukowania agresji takie jak: trening umiejętności społecznych, trening zastępowania agresji, modelowanie, rozwój inteligencji emocjonalnej oraz Porozumiewanie bez przemocy (oryginalna nazwa to NVC – Nonviolent Communication). Metoda NVC odgrywa istotną rolę w niniejszej pracy, zwłaszcza w części praktycznej, gdzie skupiono się na jej zastosowaniu w pracy wychowawczej w przedszkolu. W części metodologicznej przeprowadzono wywiady z 10 kobietami pracującymi w warszawskich przedszkolach, które realizują podejście oparte na Porozumiewaniu bez Przemocy. Celem rozmów było uzyskanie szczegółowych informacji na temat stosowania tej metody oraz sformułowanie wniosków dotyczących jej skuteczności. Wywiady dotyczyły między innymi: przebytych szkoleń z zakresu NVC, współpracy z rodzicami, wykorzystywanych metod, napotykanych trudności oraz skuteczności i efektywności stosowania tej metody w porównaniu do innych strategii wychowawczych. Uzyskane wyniki wskazują, że Porozumiewanie bez Przemocy może być skuteczną strategią wychowawczą redukującą agresywne zachowania. Pozwala również na rozwijanie kompetencji emocjonalnych oraz społecznych u dzieci. Regularne stosowanie podanej metody, zwiększa efektywność pracy wychowawczyń oraz zmniejsza konflikty w grupie. Respondentki zwróciły, jednak uwagę, że pojawiają się momenty, gdzie przydałaby się pomoc w postaci superwizora, aby móc zwiększyć efektywność swojej pracy.
