Między Wschodem a Zachodem - rola programu Erasmus+ w integracji europejskiej w Armenii. Analiza efektywności działań komunikacyjnych promujących program.

dc.abstract.en	The bachelor’s thesis analyzes the role of the Erasmus+ program in the process of Armenia’s European integration. It highlights the dynamic geopolitical and social transformations in the South Caucasus region. Since 2009, Armenia, together with five other countries, has participated in the Eastern Partnership- an initiative aimed at strengthening economic cooperation and fostering European integration with the countries of Eastern Europe and the South Caucasus. Thanks to this, despite not being a member of the European Union, Armenia has been able to take part in Erasmus+. The program is seen as a key tool for supporting educational mobility and promoting European values, which is of particular importance in the context of Russia’s strong cultural and political influence. A qualitative study based on in-depth interviews with program participants reveals both the positive impact of mobility on personal development and pro-European attitudes, as well as the barriers that hinder broad participation. The use of the snowball sampling method limits representativeness and diversity, which the author acknowledges as a significant limitation of the study. The thesis also discusses communication strategies used to promote Erasmus+ in Armenia, especially the growing importance of social media and the role of local opinion leaders. In conclusion, Erasmus+ plays an important role in strengthening ties between Armenia and the European Union, but further enhancement of communication efforts and the removal of social barriers are needed to increase the effectiveness of integration under conditions of political tensions and competing spheres of influence
dc.abstract.pl	Praca licencjacka analizuje rolę programu Erasmus+ w procesie integracji europejskiej Armenii. Zwraca uwagę na dynamiczne przemiany geopolityczne oraz społeczne w regionie Kaukazu Południowego. Od 2009 roku Armenia wraz z 5 innymi krajami uczestniczy w Partnerstwie Wschodnim- inicjatywie, mającą na celu zacieśnianie współpracy gospodarczej i integracji europejskiej z krajami Europy Wschodniej i Zakaukazia. Dzięki temu, mimo braku członkostwa w Unii Europejskiej, Armenia uzyskała możliwość udziału w programie Erasmus+. Program ten jest postrzegany jako kluczowe narzędzie wspierania mobilności edukacyjnej oraz promowania wartości europejskich, co nabiera szczególnego znaczenia w kontekście silnych wpływów kulturowych i politycznych Rosji. Badanie jakościowe oparte na wywiadach pogłębionych z uczestnikami programu ukazuje zarówno pozytywny wpływ mobilności na rozwój osobisty i postawy proeuropejskie, jak i bariery utrudniające szerokie uczestnictwo. Metoda kuli śnieżnej jako sposób doboru próby ogranicza reprezentatywność i różnorodność, co autor podkreśla jako istotne ograniczenie badania. Praca omawia również strategie komunikacyjne stosowane na rzecz promocji Erasmusa w Armenii, zwłaszcza rosnące znaczenie mediów społecznościowych oraz roli lokalnych liderów opinii. Podsumowując, Erasmus+ pełni ważną funkcję w zacieśnianiu więzi między Armenią a Unią Europejską, ale wymaga dalszego wzmocnienia działań komunikacyjnych i eliminacji barier społecznych, by zwiększyć efektywność integracji w warunkach politycznych napięć i rywalizacji wpływów.
