Koncepcja Planu Daltońskiego w edukacji przedszkolnej – case study

dc.abstract.en	This paper presents the concept of alternative education, which refers to the child and his/her place in the educational process. The aim of the study is to analyse the use of elements of the Dalton Plan in kindergarten and to check whether they coincide with the basic assumptions. In order to realise the stated aim a survey was conducted on 70 parents, 12 teachers and observations were made in a selected kindergarten in three age groups. The method used was a diagnostic survey, observation, content analysis of source materials. Conclusions which resulted from the above research show the majority of positive effects of introducing the Dalton Plan and using its elements in pre-school education. However, also showed the difficulties teachers have to face, as the educational reality is still far from the assumptions.
dc.abstract.pl	W niniejszej pracy zaprezentowano koncepcję alternatywnej edukacji, która odnosi się do dziecka oraz jego miejsca w procesie edukacji. Celem pracy jest przeanalizowanie wykorzystania elementów Planu Daltońskiego w przedszkolu oraz sprawdzenie czy pokrywają się one z podstawowymi założeniami. Do realizacji założonego celu przeprowadzono badania na 70 rodzicach, 12 nauczycielach i wykonano obserwacje w wybranym przedszkolu w trzech grupach wiekowych. Zastosowano metodę sondażu diagnostycznego, obserwacji, analizy treści zawartych w materiałach źródłowych. Wnioski jakie wynikają z powyższych badań pokazują większości pozytywne skutki wprowadzenia Planu Daltońskiego oraz wykorzystania jego elementów w edukacji przedszkolnej. Jednak ukazały też trudności z którymi muszą mierzyć się nauczyciele, ponieważ edukacyjna rzeczywistość wciąż jest daleka od założeń.
