Prawo pracy a sztuczna inteligencja : zatrudnienie oraz zwolnienie

dc.abstract.en	This master’s thesis analyses the impact of artificial intelligence on labour relations, with particular focus on the processes of hiring and dismissing employees. It discusses the use of AI in recruitment, performance assessment and personnel management, highlighting both the benefits and the risks, including the risk of algorithmic discrimination and a lack of transparency in decision-making. Legal regulations, particularly the GDPR and the AI Act, are presented, along with their significance for the protection of workers’ rights. The paper highlights the employer’s liability for decisions made by AI systems and the need for legislative changes to adapt labour law to technological developments.
dc.abstract.pl	Praca analizuje wpływ sztucznej inteligencji na stosunki pracy, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem procesów zatrudniania i zwalniania pracowników. Omówiono zastosowanie AI w rekrutacji, ocenie efektywności oraz zarządzaniu personelem, wskazując zarówno na korzyści, jak i zagrożenia, w tym ryzyko dyskryminacji algorytmicznej i brak transparentności decyzji. Przedstawiono regulacje prawne, zwłaszcza RODO i AI Act, oraz ich znaczenie dla ochrony praw pracowników. Wskazano na odpowiedzialność pracodawcy za decyzje podejmowane przez systemy AI oraz potrzebę zmian legislacyjnych dostosowujących prawo pracy do rozwoju technologii.
