Arteterapia - twórczość jako narzędzie zmiany

dc.abstract.en	The following work is focused on the subject of art therapy, taking into account the constitutive elements of this field. Among the aspects discussed, explained and supported by the literature in the theoretical part, are the definition of art therapy, its functions, the techniques used and its potential recipient groups. The methodological section introduced issues related to conducting a scientific study. Finally, the research section analyzed the results of a survey conducted through individual interviews with practitioners. The study allowed to obtain answers to the questions raised: What are the opinions of the art therapists participating in the study about their profession?, What art therapy techniques are considered most effective by the therapists participating in the study? and How do those participating in the study select therapeutic techniques in their work with individuals or groups?
dc.abstract.pl	Niniejsza praca poświęcona jest zagadnieniu arteterapii, z uwzględnieniem konstytutywnych elementów tej dziedziny. Wśród omówionych aspektów, przybliżonych i popartych literaturą przedmiotu w części teoretycznej znalazły się definicja arteterapii, jej funkcje, stosowane techniki oraz potencjalne grupy odbiorców. W rozdziale metodologicznym przedstawiono zagadnienia związane z prowadzeniem badania naukowego. W części badawczej przeanalizowane zostały wyniki badania przeprowadzonego za pomocą indywidualnych wywiadów z praktykami. Badanie to umożliwiło uzyskanie odpowiedzi na postawione pytania: Jakie są opinie arteterapeutów biorących udział w badaniu na temat wykonywanego zawodu?, Jakie techniki arteterapeutyczne są uznawane przez terapeutów biorących udział w badaniu za najbardziej skuteczne? oraz W jaki sposób osoby biorące udział w badaniu dobierają techniki terapeutyczne w pracy z osobami lub grupami?
