dc.abstract.en	This thesis aims to examine the legal framework governing the operation of crowdfunding service providers in the context of European Union and national regulations. It provides an overview of the historical development of crowdfunding, analyzes the current challenges facing the industry, and explores the procedures for obtaining permission by service providers along with the associated legal obligations. The thesis discusses also the supervisory roles of national and EU regulatory authorities in overseeing the sector.

Przedstawiona została historia finansowania społecznościowego, omówiono aktualne trudności z jakimi boryka się ta branża, a także proces uzyskiwania zezwolenia przez dostawców usługi oraz wynikające z tego obowiązki. Opisano również nadzór organów krajowych i unijnych.
