dc.abstract.en	This master’s thesis analyses Directive (EU) 2024/2831 on improving working conditions through digital platforms and its potential impact on Polish labour law. The thesis places the analysis of the provisions within a broad historical and comparative legal context, covering the regulatory experiences of France, Spain and the United Kingdom. The regulations concerning intermediaries and the presumption of an employment relationship are subjected to detailed analysis, highlighting numerous drafting shortcomings in both provisions. The thesis also discusses the 2026 reform of the National Labour Inspectorate as one of the key elements of the future transposition.
dc.abstract.pl	Niniejsza praca magisterska analizuje dyrektywę (UE) 2024/2831 w sprawie poprawy warunków pracy za pośrednictwem platform cyfrowych i jej potencjalny wpływ na polskie prawo pracy. Praca osadza analizę przepisów w szerokim kontekście historycznym i prawnoporównawczym, obejmującym doświadczenia regulacyjne Francji, Hiszpanii i Wielkiej Brytanii. Szczegółowej analizie poddano regulację dotyczącą pośredników oraz domniemanie stosunku pracy, wskazując na liczne niedoskonałości redakcyjne obu przepisów. Praca omawia ponadto reformę Państwowej Inspekcji Pracy z 2026 r. jako jeden z kluczowych elementów przyszłej transpozycji.
