Prezydencja Republiki Czeskiej w Radzie Unii Europejskiej w 2009 i 2022 roku. Analiza porównawcza

dc.abstract.en	The paper presents a comparative analysis of the Czech Presidency of the Council of the European Union in the years 2009 and 2022. The first part outlines the definition and functions of the presidency, taking into account their historical and legal evolution. It also presents the political context surrounding the presidency, both within the European Union and in the Czech Republic itself. The following chapters discuss the programs and resulting objectives of both presidencies, as well as the specific political actions taken during their course and the management models applied. The paper identifies the key differences between the two presidencies as well as the similarities. It concludes with an analysis of the outcomes and consequences of both presidencies, with particular attention given to their significance for Czech domestic politics and the functioning of the European Union.
dc.abstract.pl	Praca stanowi analizę porównawczą prezydencji Czech w Radzie Unii Europejskiej w latach 2009 i 2022. W pierwszej części przedstawiono definicję oraz funkcje prezydencji, uwzględniając ich ewolucję w ujęciu historyczno-prawnym. Zaprezentowano również kontekst polityczny towarzyszący prezydencji zarówno w Unii Europejskiej, jak i w samych Czechach. W kolejnych rozdziałach omówiono programy i wynikające z nich cele obu prezydencji, a także konkretne działania polityczne podejmowane w ich trakcie oraz zastosowane modele zarządzania. Wymienione zostają konkretne różnice dzielące oba przewodnictwa ipodobieństwa między nimi. Praca kończy się analizą skutków i konsekwencji obu prezydencji, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem ich znaczenia dla polityki wewnętrznej Czech oraz funkcjonowania Unii Europejskiej.
