dc.abstract.en	The work describes the subject of e-commerce and consists of five chapters. Chapter one explains the concept of e-commerce and characterizes online stores, online declarations of intent and pre-contractual information obligations. Chapter two discusses the offer mode, addressing the nature, concept, content of the offer and the legal consequences, acceptance and rejection of the offer. Chapter three focuses on the topic of contract templates, discussing the concept, function, forms, and requirements for the content and form of contract templates. Chapter four deals with electronic negotiation and conclusion of a contract by negotiation, analyzing the stages of online negotiation, contractual provisions and their violations. Finally, the fifth chapter explains the issues of online auctions and the conclusion of a contract as a result of such an auction, describing the content of the auction notice, the bidding process and unfair negotiation practices. The work covers the practical and legal aspects of electronic commerce, providing insight into the many issues involved.
dc.abstract.pl	Praca opisuje tematykę handlu elektronicznego i składa się z pięciu rozdziałów. Rozdział pierwszy wyjaśnia pojęcie handlu elektronicznego i charakteryzuje sklepy internetowe, oświadczenia woli składane w sieci oraz przedkontraktowe obowiązki informacyjne. W rozdziale drugim omówiono tryb ofertowy, poruszając tematykę charakteru, pojęcia, treści oferty oraz skutków prawnych, przyjęcia i odrzucenia oferty. W rozdziale trzecim skoncentrowano się na tematyce wzorców zawarcia umowy, omawiając pojęcie, funkcję, postacie oraz wymagania co do treści i formy wzorców umów. Rozdział czwarty dotyczy negocjacji elektronicznych i zawarcia umowy drogą negocjacji, analizując etapy negocjacji online, postanowienia umowne i ich naruszenia. Wreszcie, rozdział piąty wyjaśnia problematykę aukcji internetowych i zawarcia umowy w wyniku takiej aukcji, opisując treść ogłoszenia aukcyjnego, przebieg licytacji i nieuczciwe praktyki negocjacyjne. Praca obejmuje aspekty praktyczne i prawne elektronicznego handlu, dając wgląd w wiele zagadnień związanych z tym tematem.
