Wychowawcze i edukacyjne strategie rodzicielskie w rodzinach wielokulturowych perspektywa rodziców i dzieci

dc.abstract.en	This master's thesis is dedicated to the analysis of parenting and educational strategies in multicultural families. The main objective of the research was to identify and describe the strategies employed, to understand their underlying motivations, and to comprehend how the experience of living in a multicultural family is perceived from the perspective of both parents and children. The research questions focused on the dynamics of developing shared parenting approaches, the methods of language and culture transmission, the difficulties encountered, and the perceived benefits. The study was conducted within a qualitative paradigm, using the case study method of six families. The primary data collection technique was the semi-structured interview. The analysis of the collected empirical data revealed that multicultural families, despite the need to reconcile different cultural patterns, do not perceive their unique situation as a source of fundamental problems, and their challenges are largely universal. Key adaptive mechanisms include dialogue, compromise, and flexibility. A central strategy, common to most of the families studied, is the effort to pass on the language and elements of their cultures of origin to their children, which is motivated by a desire to preserve heritage and build identity. According to the respondents, the most important benefits of being raised in such an environment are natural bilingualism, open-mindedness, tolerance, and greater adaptability. These experiences demonstrate that multicultural families successfully function as micro-communities where a harmonious integration of cultures occurs, thereby becoming a valuable source of enrichment for both their members and society as a whole.
dc.abstract.pl	Niniejsza praca magisterska poświęcona jest analizie wychowawczych i edukacyjnych strategii rodzicielskich w rodzinach wielokulturowych. Głównym celem badań było zidentyfikowanie i opisanie stosowanych strategii, poznanie motywacji leżących u ich podstaw oraz zrozumienie, jak doświadczenie życia w rodzinie wielokulturowej jest postrzegane z perspektywy rodziców i dzieci. Problematyka badawcza koncentrowała się na dynamice wypracowywania wspólnych stanowisk wychowawczych, sposobach transmisji języka i kultury, napotykanych trudnościach oraz postrzeganych korzyściach. Badania przeprowadzono w paradygmacie jakościowym, wykorzystując metodę studium przypadku (case study) sześciu rodzin. Podstawową techniką gromadzenia danych był wywiad częściowo ustrukturyzowany. Analiza zebranego materiału empirycznego wykazała, że rodziny wielokulturowe, mimo konieczności godzenia odmiennych wzorców, nie postrzegają swojej specyfiki jako źródła fundamentalnych problemów, a ich wyzwania są w dużej mierze uniwersalne. Kluczowymi mechanizmami adaptacyjnymi są dialog, kompromis i elastyczność. Centralną strategią, wspólną dla większości badanych, jest dążenie do przekazania dzieciom języka i elementów kultur pochodzenia, co jest motywowane chęcią zachowania dziedzictwa i budowania tożsamości. Najważniejsze korzyści płynące z wychowania w takim środowisku to, zdaniem respondentów, naturalna dwujęzyczność, otwartość umysłu, tolerancja i większa zdolność adaptacji. Doświadczenia te pokazują, że rodziny wielokulturowe z powodzeniem funkcjonują jako mikrospołeczności, w których dochodzi do harmonijnej integracji kultur, stając się przez to cennym źródłem wzbogacenia zarówno dla swoich członków, jak i dla całego społeczeństwa.
