Plany strategiczne na przykładzie gminy Kozienice

dc.abstract.en	The aim of this study is to analyze the strategic communes of Kozienice in the context of environmental protection. The Kozienice commune, located in the Masovian Voivodeship, is an example of the expansion of a developing territorial unit. It presents the strategic importance in the commune and presents practical actions to be implemented in the future to ensure the detailed development of Kozienice communes. The work was written based on the Development Strategy of the Kozienice Commune and includes legal provisions. The work focused on issues related to local government, the strategic document, and the characteristics of Kozienice communes. The main conclusions from the analysis are that the Kozienice commune has effectively taken actions to protect against the environment, which has had an impact on the lives of residents in the commune.
dc.abstract.pl	Celem niniejszej pracy jest analiza planów strategicznych gminy Kozienice w kontekście ochrony środowiska. Gmina Kozienice, położona w województwie mazowieckim, stanowi interesujący przykład dynamicznie rozwijającej się jednostki samorządu terytorialnego. Praca przedstawia znaczenie długoterminowego planowania strategicznego w gminie oraz przedstawia konkretne przykłady działań, które mają być wdrożone w przyszłości, aby zapewnić zrównoważony rozwój gminy Kozienice. Praca została napisana w oparciu o obowiązującą Strategię Rozwoju Gminy Kozienice oraz obowiązujące przepisy prawa. W pracy skoncentrowano się na zagadnieniach związanych z samorządem terytorialnym, dokumentem strategicznym, charakterystyką gminy Kozienice. Główne ustalenia pracy wskazują, że gmina Kozienice skutecznie realizuje cele związane z ochroną środowiska, która pozytywnie wpływa na jakość życia mieszkańców w gminie.
