Wpływ zmiany klimatu na prawa człowieka

dc.abstract.en	The thesis presents the impact of climate change on human rights, emphasising that the climate crisis is not only an environmental problem, but also a humanitarian one. Rising temperatures, extreme weather events and ecosystem degradation lead to violations of fundamental rights such as the right to life, health, access to water and food, and adequate housing. The paper analyses climate protection law, the human rights system in the context of climate change, and the growing links between climate protection and the protection of human rights. It points out that effective protection of human rights requires international cooperation, the development of legal mechanisms and action on climate change. Climate protection is becoming a prerequisite for the realisation of human rights.
dc.abstract.pl	Praca przedstawia wpływ zmian klimatu na prawa człowieka, podkreślając, że kryzys klimatyczny to nie tylko problem środowiskowy, ale także humanitarny. Wzrost temperatury, ekstremalne zjawiska pogodowe i degradacja ekosystemów prowadzą do naruszeń podstawowych praw, takich jak prawo do życia, zdrowia, dostępu do wody i żywności oraz odpowiednich warunków mieszkaniowych. Praca stanowi analizę prawa ochrony klimatu, systemu praw człowieka w kontekście zmian klimatycznych oraz rosnących powiązań między ochroną klimatu a ochroną praw człowieka. Praca wskazuje, że skuteczna ochrona praw człowieka wymaga współpracy międzynarodowej, rozwoju mechanizmów prawnych i działań w zakresie zmian klimatycznych. Ochrona klimatu staje się bowiem warunkiem realizacji praw człowieka.
