Sharenting a prawo pracy

dc.abstract.en	This bachelor's thesis Sharenting and labor law focuses on the description of sharenting. Examples of it in Poland and the threats that it poses are presented. It examines whether children who participate in content published by their parents are subject to legal restrictions on their employment, or whether there is a need to introduce new regulations giving children the opportunity to earn income from monetized content with their participation? The general assumption of the bachelor's thesis is an attempt to analyze the French and American legislation introduced in this area, as well as polish legal regulations on the employment of children.
dc.abstract.pl	Niniejsza praca “Sharenting a prawo pracy” skupia się na opisie sharentingu. Przedstawia jego przykłady w Polsce oraz zagrożenia z niego wynikające. Rozważa czy udział dzieci w treściach publikowanych przez rodziców stanowi zatrudnienie podlegające ograniczeniom prawnym dotyczącym ich zatrudnienia, czy istnieje potrzeba wprowadzenia nowych przepisów stwarzających możliwość dzieciom uzyskiwania przychodu z monetyzowanych treści z ich udziałem? Generalnym założeniem pracy jest próba analizy wprowadzonego w tym zakresie ustawodawstwa francuskiego i amerykańskiego oraz polskich przepisów prawa dotyczących zatrudniania dzieci.
