Zaginięcia małoletnich w Polsce w latach 2010-2023: analiza zjawiska oraz metody i techniki działań poszukiwawczych

dc.abstract.en	The thesis analyzes the issue of missing minors in Poland between 2010 and 2023. It discusses the causes of disappearances, the actions of law enforcement agencies, and the role of non-governmental organizations and the Child Alert system. The study focuses on the legal, psychological, and social aspects of the phenomenon. It presents statistical data, search methods, and the risks associated with technological development. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of current solutions and to identify ways to improve them in order to better protect children.

Skupia się na aspektach prawnych, psychologicznych i społecznych zjawiska. Przedstawiono dane statystyczne, metody poszukiwawcze oraz zagrożenia wynikające z rozwoju technologii. Celem pracy jest ocena skuteczności obecnych rozwiązań i wskazanie możliwości ich usprawnienia w celu lepszej ochrony dzieci.
