Występowanie depresji u dzieci i młodzieży w Polsce a stan psychiatrii dziecięcej w latach 2010-2023

dc.abstract.en	The aim of this work is to present the mental condition of children and adolescents in Poland over the last years and to check the efficiency of the psychiatric care system aimed at young people. It focuses on understanding the causes of the increased number of cases of adolescent depression in the years 2010-2023 and the help offered to children and adolescents. The aim was to analyze the effectiveness of the activities of state institutions and to learn about the recommendations prepared by non-governmental institutions. Therefore, the following research questions were answered: What was the mental state of children and adolescents after 2010 and what did child psychiatry look like in Poland then? How did the mental condition of young people change in the following years and what help did the state and its institutions offer? Did the pandemic and the beginning of war in Ukraine affect the mental state of children and young people in Poland, and how did state institutions react to the situation? How many people under 19 years of age in Poland currently suffer from depression and what are the potential causes of the occurrence of adolescent depression in recent years? What help do state institutions offer to young people suffering from depression and what solutions are recommended in the face of the current situation of Polish child and adolescent psychiatry?
dc.abstract.pl	Praca ma na celu przedstawienie kondycji psychicznej dzieci i młodzieży w Polsce na przestrzeni ostatnich kilkunastu lat oraz sprawdzenie sprawności funkcjonowania systemu opieki psychiatrycznej skierowanego do młodych ludzi. Skupia się na poznaniu przyczyn zwiększonej liczby zachorowań na depresję młodzieńczą w latach 2010-2023 i pomocy oferowanej dzieciom i młodzieży. Celem była analiza skuteczności działań instytucji państwowych oraz poznanie rekomendacji przygotowanych przez instytucje pozarządowe. W związku z tym udzielono odpowiedzi na pytania badawcze: Jaki był stan psychiczny dzieci i młodzieży po roku 2010 i jak wyglądała wówczas psychiatria dziecięca w Polsce? Jak zmieniała się kondycja psychiczna młodych ludzi w kolejnych latach i jaką pomoc oferowało państwo i jego instytucje? Czy pandemia i wybuch wojny w Ukrainie miały wpływ na stan psychiczny dzieci i młodzieży w Polsce i jak na sytuację reagowały instytucje państwowe? Jak wiele osób poniżej 19 roku życia w Polsce choruje obecnie na depresję i jakie są potencjalne przyczyny występowania depresji młodzieńczej w ostatnich latach? Jaką pomoc chorującym na depresję młodym ludziom oferują instytucje państwowe i jakie rozwiązania są rekomendowane w obliczu obecnej sytuacji polskiej psychiatrii dzieci i młodzieży?
