Zasada preferencji produktów rolnych w Unii Europejskiej

dc.abstract.en	The subject of this work is discussion of the issue regarding privileges of agricultural products in the European Union, which were produced by agricultural entities operating in the Member States. According to the primary law of the European Union, the protection of the internal market is one of the guiding principles of the Treaties. Although Article 39 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, which specifies the objectives of the Common Agricultural Policy, does not directly indicate that the objective of the Common Agricultural Policy is to give preference to agricultural products produced in a Member State, there is no doubt that the preference for such products is implemented through the actions of the European Union bodies and, above all, the adoption of legal regulations. The objective of the work is development of the principle of preference for agricultural products in the European Union and definition of the factors that influence for implementing the preference.
dc.abstract.pl	Tematem niniejszej pracy jest omówienie zagadnienia dotyczącego uprzywilejowania produktów rolnych w Unii Europejskiej, które zostały wytworzone przez rolników prowadzących działalność w państwach członkowskich. Zgodnie z prawem pierwotnym Unii Europejskiej ochrona rynku wewnętrznego jest jedną z naczelnych zasad traktatowych. Mimo, iż w art. 39. Traktatu o Funkcjonowaniu Unii Europejskiej, gdzie zostały określone cele Wspólnej Polityki Rolnej nie wskazuje się bezpośrednio, iż celem WPR jest preferencja dla produktu rolnego wytworzonego w państwie członkowskim, to nie ulega wątpliwości, iż preferencja dla takich właśnie produktów poprzez działania organów Unii Europejskiej oraz przede wszystkim poprzez przyjmowanie odpowiednich przepisów prawnych jest urzeczywistniana. Za cel niniejszej pracy ustalono opracowanie zasady preferencji produktów rolnych w Unii Europejskiej oraz określenie instrumentów w jaki sposób preferencja jest realizowana.
