Duch Szesnastki. Analiza etosu środowiska harcerskiego Warszawskiej Szesnastki

dc.abstract.en	This thesis presents a case study of the ethos of the Warsaw Sixteenth Scout Troop and its influence on the formation of its members’ attitudes. The central part of the work is an analysis of in-depth interviews conducted by the author with former and current scouts and leaders of the Szczep 16 Warszawskich Drużyn Harcerzy i Gromad Zuchów im. Zawiszy Czarnego (scout group). The research was carried out within the framework of interpretive interviewing and constructivist grounded theory. The findings are presented in categories such as the construction of community identity and the role of mythologization in shaping an axionormative order; the impact of the primary group and the influence of social processes on character formation; and the translation of attitudes into the decisions and actions of scouts in their adult lives.
dc.abstract.pl	Praca stanowi studium przypadku etosu środowiska harcerskiego Warszawskiej Szesnastki oraz jego wpływu na kształtowanie postaw wychowanków. Głównym jej elementem jest analiza badania w formie pogłębionych wywiadów, przeprowadzonych przez autora wśród byłych i obecnych harcerzy i instruktorów środowiska Szczepu 16 Warszawskich Drużyn Harcerzy i Gromad Zuchów im. Zawiszy Czarnego z wykorzystaniem założeń wywiadu rozumiejącego i konstruktywistycznej teorii ugruntowanej. Wyniki zostały ujęte w takich kategoriach jak budowanie tożsamości środowiskowej i mitologizacja dla kształtowania ładu aksjonormatywnego, oddziaływanie grupy pierwotnej i wpływ procesów społecznych na kształtowanie charakteru oraz przełożenie postaw na decyzje i działania wychowanków środowiska harcerskiego w dorosłym życiu.
