Kryteria wyboru spółki kapitałowej

dc.abstract.en	The work focuses on the issues and criteria for choosing a capital company. It presents the forms of conducting business activity in Poland and discusses the history of capital companies. It explains how factors such as the size of the enterprise, finances, the scope of information, and the level of involvement of partners influence the choice of the legal form of an entity. A comparative analysis of capital companies and an alternative form in the form of a modified limited joint-stock partnership is also conducted.
dc.abstract.pl	Praca dotyczy problematyki i kryteriów wyboru spółki kapitałowej. Przedstawiono w niej formy prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej w Polsce oraz omówiono historię spółek kapitałowych. Wyjaśniono jak wielkość przedsiębiorstwa, finanse, obszar informacyjny czy stopień zaangażowania wspólników wpływają na wybór formy prawnej podmiotu. Dokonano analizy porównawczej spółek kapitałowych oraz formy alternatywnej w postaci zmodyfikowanej spółki komandytowo-akcyjnej.
