dc.abstract.en	Student employee The aim of this thesis is to identify the best form of employment for young people who are studying by presenting various employment options and their legal conditions. The first chapter defines the concepts of “employee” and “student.” he second chapter will describe the types of employment, including a characterization of their specifications, taking into account the differences in the legal situation of non-students, students, and young employees. The third chapter addresses the issue of discrimination, its types, how it manifests toward young individuals, and how it can be prevented.
dc.abstract.pl	Student jako pracownik Celem pracy jest wskazanie najlepszej formy zatrudnienia dla studiujących młodych ludzi poprzez wskazanie różnorodnej możliwości podjęcia pracy oraz ich uwarunkowań prawnych. W pierwszym rozdziale zdefiniuję pojęcie „pracownika” oraz „studenta”. W drugim zostaną opisane rodzaje zatrudnienia wraz z opisaniem charakterystyki ich specyfikacji, z uwzględnieniem ich różnic w sytuacji prawnej osób niestudiujących oraz studentów i młodych pracowników. Trzeci rozdział odniesie się do tematu dyskryminacji, jej rodzajów, jak przejawia się względem młodych osób i jak można jej zapobiec.
