Analiza członkostwa Chińskiej Republiki Ludowej w Światowej Organizacji Handlu. Wybrane aspekty polityczne

dc.abstract.en	The purpose of the dissertation is to describe and understand the main spheres of political influence of the People's Republic of China in the World Trade Organization by, inter alia, pointing out the importance of the negotiation process and access protocol, reforms initiatives, describing the Organization's dispute settlement mechanism, as well as by a case study of Beijing-Taipei relations in the WTO. The analysis of the above aspects will enable the author, in the concluding section of the dissertation, to assess the PRC's effectiveness in the Organization to date, as well as to forecast for the next decades. Another important goal of the following paper is, using source materials, to indicate the political trends occurring in Chinese politics and their possible changes. The entire analysis is based on the international relations’ theory (structural realism) and traditional Chinese political thought, which are described in the introductory section of the paper. The leading research question, according to the author, is the question of the stability of China's membership in the WTO – the question of the future and shape of Chinese economic cooperation within the World Trade Organization system.
dc.abstract.pl	Celem pracy jest opisanie i zrozumienie głównych sfer oddziaływania politycznego Chińskiej Republiki Ludowej w Światowej Organizacji Handlu poprzez m.in. wskazanie na znaczenie procesu negocjacji oraz protokołu akcesyjnego, inicjatyw w zakresie jej reform, opisanie mechanizmu rozwiązywania sporów w Organizacji, a także studium przypadku relacji na linii Pekin-Tajpej w ramach WTO. Analiza powyższych aspektów umożliwi Autorowi w części podsumowującej pracy próbę oceny dotychczasowej skuteczności ChRL w Organizacji, a także prognozę na następne dekady. Kolejnym istotnym celem pracy jest, z wykorzystaniem materiałów źródłowych, wskazanie na trendy polityczne występujące w chińskiej polityce oraz ich ewentualne zmiany. Całość poniższej analizy oparta jest na teorii stosunków międzynarodowych (realizmie strukturalnym) oraz tradycyjnej chińskiej myśli politycznej, które opisane są w części wstępnej pracy. Wiodącym pytaniem badawczym jest zdaniem Autora pytanie o stabilność członkostwa Chin w WTO, a więc pytanie o przyszłość i kształt chińskiej współpracy gospodarczej w ramach systemu Światowej Organizacji Handlu.
