Dyskryminacja kobiet na południowokoreańskim rynku pracy u progu XXI wieku

dc.abstract.en	This paper examines the problem of discrimination against women in the workplace in contemporary South Korea. The starting point was an analysis of gender discrimination and its determinants in the Korean context. In addition, the changing situation of working women was discussed, as well as the main manifestations of unequal treatment, such as the ‘glass ceiling’, the wage gap and sexual harassment.
dc.abstract.pl	W niniejszej pracy przeanalizowano problem dyskryminacji kobiet w miejscu pracy we współczesnej Korei Południowej. Punktem wyjścia była analiza pojęcia dyskryminacji płciowej i jej uwarunkowań w kontekście koreańskim. Ponadto omówiono zmianę sytuacji pracujących kobiet, a także główne przejawy nierównego traktowania, takie jak „szklany sufit”, luka płacowa czy molestowanie seksualne.
