dc.abstract.en	This bachelor's thesis focuses on the usability and intuitiveness of educational website interfaces and their impact on the development of digital competences in children. Using comparative analysis, it presents the experiences of children and adults as users. The aim of the thesis is to examine and analyse the ways in which interfaces and educational digital spaces for children are designed, taking into account their experiences and satisfaction with exploration in the assessment. The thesis aims to determine what distinguishes and what resembles the interfaces of websites for children and adults, what facilitates navigation for children, and to answer the question of what digital competences are developed through interaction with these websites. The study included a heuristic analysis of two educational website interfaces – Edusiaki.pl for children and NAVOICA for adults. Informal individual interviews were also conducted with a standardised list of information sought, based on a scenario involving 10 people (6 children and 4 adults), and their actions were observed during interaction and exploration of the interfaces. The study confirmed that children as a group of digital users are not homogeneous in terms of their needs, even when they are close in age. They also differ noticeably as a group from adult users of digital space. The conclusions confirm significant differences in the requirements and needs of children and adults as digital users, and also confirm the need to include elements in the interface design process that can support the development of digital competences in children.
dc.abstract.pl	Niniejsza praca licencjacka skupia się na użyteczności i intuicyjności obsługi interfejsów stron edukacyjnych oraz ich wpływie na rozwój kompetencji cyfrowych u dzieci. Za pomocą analizy porównawczej prezentuje doświadczenia dzieci oraz dorosłych jako użytkowników. Celem pracy jest zbadanie i przeanalizowanie sposobów projektowania interfejsów i edukacyjnych przestrzeni cyfrowych dla dzieci, uwzględniając w ocenie ich doświadczenia oraz satysfakcję z eksploracji. Praca dąży do ustalenia co różni, a co upodabnia interfejsy serwisów dla dzieci i dorosłych, co ułatwia dzieciom nawigację oraz odpowiedzi na pytanie jakie kompetencje cyfrowe rozwijane są poprzez interakcje z tymi serwisami. Badanie obejmowało analizę heurystyczną dwóch interfejsów stron edukacyjnych - dla dzieci Edusiaki.pl i dla dorosłych NAVOICA. Przeprowadzono także swobodne wywiady indywidualne z ze standaryzowaną listą poszukiwanych informacji oparte o scenariusz z 10 osobami (6 dzieci i 4 dorosłych) oraz obserwację ich działań w trakcie interakcji i eksploracji interfejsów. Badanie potwierdziło, że dzieci jako grupa użytkowników przestrzeni cyfrowych nie jest jednorodna pod względem potrzeb, nawet gdy są zbliżone do siebie wiekiem. Różnią się także zauważalnie jako grupa od dorosłych użytkowników przestrzeni cyfrowych. Wnioski potwierdzają istotne różnice w wymaganiach i potrzebach dzieci i dorosłych jako użytkowników cyfrowych, potwierdzają także potrzebę uwzględnienia w procesie projektowania interfejsów elementów, które mogą wspierać rozwój kompetencji cyfrowych u dzieci.
