Czytelnictwo w klasach 1. i 4. liceum

dc.abstract.en	The topic of the work covers the issues of youth reading and various forms of promoting this form of activity. The aim of the study was to determine what literature young people read, how often they read it, and whether they perceive it as attractive as, for example, playing computer games or meeting friends. The study used content analysis methods and a survey questionnaire, which allowed for the collection of qualitative and quantitative data. The results indicate that young people are still interested in reading, both in terms of following new releases and drawing inspiration from online creators who recommend various titles. This shows that in the era of digitalization, youth reading is changing, as are the forms of promoting reading. Required readings at schools are still read to a large extent and their authors are constantly placed on the lists of the most read in the National Library reports. All this means that youth reading should be viewed from a different angle - taking into account how much is happening around books in the Internet space. No matter how much the stereotype of young people staring at their phones and not reading books is present in Polish society, it is not entirely true, because young people do read. What's more, they are aware that the level of reading in their generation is lower than in the previous one, but they notice that their peers like this form of spending time and it is almost as popular as watching films or series or meeting with friends.
dc.abstract.pl	Temat pracy obejmuje zagadnienia czytelnictwa młodzieży oraz różnych form promocji tej formy aktywności. Celem przeprowadzonych badań było określenie, jaką literaturę czyta młodzież, jak często po nią sięga i czy postrzega ją w równym stopniu atrakcyjną jak np. gra na komputerze czy spotkania ze znajomymi. W badaniu wykorzystane zostały metody analizy treści oraz kwestionariusza ankiety, co pozwoliło na zebranie danych jakościowych i ilościowych. Wyniki wskazują na to, że młodzież wciąż wykazuje zainteresowanie czytelnictwem, zarówno jeśli chodzi o śledzenie nowości wydawniczych, jak i czerpanie inspiracji od twórców internetowych polecających różnorodne tytuły. Pokazuje to, że w dobie cyfryzacji czytelnictwo młodzieży ulega zmianie, tak samo jak formy promowania czytelnictwa. Lektury szkolne nadal są czytane w dużej mierze a ich autorzy nieprzerwanie plasują się na listach najpoczytniejszych w raportach Biblioteki Narodowej. To wszystko sprawia, że na czytelnictwo młodzieży należy spojrzeć pod innym kątem – uwzględniając to, ile dzieje się wokół książek w przestrzeni Internetu. Niezależnie od tego jak bardzo stereotyp młodzieży wpatrzonej w telefony i nieczytającej książki jest obecny w polskim społeczeństwie, nie jest on do końca prawdziwy, ponieważ młodzi ludzie jednak czytają. Co więcej, mają świadomość, że poziom czytelnictwa w ich pokoleniu jest niższy niż w poprzednim, jednak zauważają, że ich rówieśnicy lubią taką formę spędzania czasu i jest to niemal tak samo popularne jak oglądanie filmów lub seriali czy spotkanie ze znajomymi.
