dc.abstract.en	The paper discusses the ways in which the state and local governments support film production in Poland. It describes legal mechanisms, such as the Act on Cinematography, as well as the role of institutions like the Polish Film Institute. It also presents local film funds established by municipalities, which provide financial and organizational support to filmmakers. The aim of the paper is to show how important the cooperation between public authorities and the film industry is for cultural development and regional promotion.

Celem pracy jest pokazanie, jak ważna jest współpraca władz publicznych z branżą filmową dla rozwoju kultury i promocji regionów.
