Ageizm wobec osób starszych w Korei Południowej w relacjach rodzinnych i środowisku pracy w świetle modelu RAM

dc.abstract.en	The subject of this thesis is ageism in the Republic of Korea. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the problem of discrimination against older people in contemporary South Korean society and to identify its causes, manifestations, and consequences. The Risks of Ageism Model (RAM) was used to analyze the phenomenon, enabling the examination of ageism mechanisms and their consequences, including their impact on the possibility of active ageing. The thesis analyzes definitions and components of ageism as well as its occurrence in family relationships and the workplace. It presents factors that may contribute to the development of ageist attitudes, as well as the consequences of this phenomenon and the actions undertaken by the state aimed at limiting it.
dc.abstract.pl	Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy jest ageizm w Republice Korei. Celem pracy jest analiza problemu dyskryminacji osób starszych we współczesnym społeczeństwie południowokoreańskim oraz wskazanie jego przyczyn, przejawów oraz skutków. Do analizy zjawiska wykorzystano The Risks of Ageism Model (RAM), umożliwiający badanie mechanizmów ageizmu oraz ich konsekwencji, w tym wpływu na możliwość aktywnego starzenia się. Analizie poddano definicje oraz komponenty ageizmu oraz jego występowanie w relacjach rodzinnych i środowisku pracy. Przedstawiono czynniki, które mogą przyczyniać się do postaw ageistycznych, a także skutki tego zjawiska oraz podejmowane przez państwo działania mające na celu jego ograniczenie.
