Skomplikowane relacje na linii Polskie Koleje Państwowe - Metro Warszawskie

dc.abstract.enThe bachelor's thesis attempted to present and describe the relationship between the railway and the metro in Warsaw. The aim is to understand how these two key elements of the city's transport infrastructure work together. An important element is also the identification of main problems and possible solutions to them. The first part of the work focused on the theoretical aspects of cooperation. Models of cooperation and legal acts that regulate these relations were discussed. The second part, however, assumes a much more practical approach - primarily through the prism of examining the history of the network and analyzing the current state, which is definitely the most important from the perspective of this work, as well as a short fragment on what the future may look like. The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is not only to describe these relationships in terms of their complications, but also to consider whether the existing problems can be fully solved in order to contribute to a fuller use of the potential of both systems in the context of the sustainable development of Warsaw.
dc.abstract.plW pracy licencjackiej podjęto próbę przedstawienia i opisania relacji na linii kolej - metro w Warszawie. Celem jest zrozumienie, jak te dwa kluczowe dla działania miasta elementy infrastruktury transportowej współpracują ze sobą. Ważnym elementem jest też identyfikacja głównych problemów i ewentualnych możliwości ich rozwiązania. W pierwszej części pracy skoncentrowano się na teoretycznych aspektach współpracy. Omówiono modele współpracy i akty prawne, które regulują te relacje. Druga część natomiast zakłada ujęcie znacznie bardziej praktyczne - przede wszystkim przez pryzmat zbadania historii sieci oraz analizy stanu obecnego, który jest z perspektywy tej pracy jest zdecydowanie najważniejszy, a także krótki fragment na temat tego jak może wyglądać przyszłość. Głównym celem tej pracy licencjackiej jest nie tylko opisanie tych relacji, pod kątem ich komplikacji, ale także rozważanie, czy istniejące problemy da się w pełni rozwiązać, tak aby przyczynić się do pełniejszego wykorzystania potencjału obu systemów w kontekście zrównoważonego rozwoju Warszawy.
