Zagrożenia w cyberprzestrzeni. Badanie świadomości nastoletnich graczy na Discordzie i rekomendacje skutecznych metod ochrony

dc.abstract.en	The thesis addresses the issue of threats in cyberspace, with particular emphasis on the vulnerability of young users to cybercriminal activities. The main objective of the study was to determine the level of awareness among teenage gamers using platforms such as Discord, as well as to assess the effectiveness of the protective measures they employ. The thesis analyses selected types of threats, including phishing, malware, identity theft, and fraud related to mobile payments. It also takes into account the psychological mechanisms behind susceptibility to social engineering. The empirical section presents the results of a survey conducted among high school students in Lublin. The final outcome includes recommendations concerning effective methods of education and prevention in the field of cybersecurity.
dc.abstract.pl	Praca podejmuje temat zagrożeń w cyberprzestrzeni, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem podatności młodych użytkowników na działania cyberprzestępców. Celem głównym badania było określenie poziomu świadomości nastoletnich graczy korzystających z platform takich jak Discord, a także ocena skuteczności stosowanych przez nich metod ochrony. W pracy przeanalizowano wybrane rodzaje zagrożeń, takie jak phishing, malware, kradzież tożsamości oraz oszustwa związane z płatnościami mobilnymi. Uwzględniono również psychologiczne mechanizmy podatności na manipulacje socjotechniczne, a w części empirycznej zaprezentowano wyniki ankiety przeprowadzonej wśród uczniów szkół średnich w Lublinie. Efektem końcowym są rekomendacje dotyczące skutecznych metod edukacji i profilaktyki w zakresie cyberbezpieczeństwa.
