Retoryka zagrożenia w Republice Korei: analiza strategii komunikacyjnych państwa podczas kryzysu politycznego w 2024 roku

dc.abstract.en	This paper analyses the communication strategies of the Republic of Korea’s state administration during the constitutional crisis triggered by President Yoon Suk-yeol’s declaration of martial law in December 2024. Drawing on the Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT), the concept of securitisation and framing analysis, the study examined the language and evolution of the messages conveyed in the President’s speeches and Prime Minister Han Duck-soo’s statements. The analysis revealed that the strategies employed were at odds with the recommendations of the SCCT model, and their effectiveness was further limited by the high level of media literacy among the South Korean public and their ability to construct counter-narratives through social media.
dc.abstract.pl	Praca analizuje strategie komunikacyjne aparatu państwowego Republiki Korei podczas kryzysu konstytucyjnego wywołanego ogłoszeniem stanu wojennego przez prezydenta Yoon Suk-yeola w grudniu 2024 roku. W oparciu o teorię sytuacyjnej komunikacji kryzysowej (SCCT), koncepcję sekurytyzacji oraz analizę framingu zbadano język i ewolucję przekazu przemówień prezydenckich oraz komunikatów premiera Han Duck-soo. Analiza wykazała, że zastosowane strategie pozostawały w sprzeczności z zaleceniami modelu SCCT, a ich skuteczność została dodatkowo ograniczona przez wysokie kompetencje informacyjne społeczeństwa południowokoreańskiego i zdolność do konstruowania kontrnarracji za pośrednictwem mediów społecznościowych.
