Les défis émotionnels relatifs au métier d’enseignant de français langue étrangère. Cas des lycées en Pologne

Celem niniejszej pracy magisterskiej jest analiza wyzwań emocjonalnych związanych z zawodem nauczyciela języka francuskiego jako obcego w liceach w Polsce. Część teoretyczna obejmuje przegląd kluczowych pojęć odnoszących się do miejsca kompetencji emocjonalnych w nauczaniu języków obcych, jak również opis specyfiki tego zawodu. W badaniu empirycznym przeprowadzonym w celu pogłębienia tematu, nacisk zostanie położony na diagnozę dobrostanu emocjonalnego nauczycieli języka francuskiego jako obcego w Polsce oraz zidentyfikowanie czynników na niego wpływających.

The aim of this master thesis is to analyze the emotional challenges related to the profession of French as a foreign language teacher in high schools in Poland. The theoretical part includes the overview of key concepts with regards to the place of emotional competences in foreign language teaching, as well as the description of the specificity of this profession. In the empirical study carried out to delve deeper into the subject, the emphasis will be placed on diagnosing the state of emotional well-being of teachers of French as a foreign language in Poland and identifying the factors that influence it.

L’objectif du présent mémoire de master est d’analyser les défis émotionnels relatifs au métier d’enseignant de FLE aux lycées en Pologne. La partie théorique comprend le panorama des concepts clés lié à la place des compétences émotionnelles dans l’enseignement des langues étrangères, aussi bien que la description de la spécificité de ce métier. Dans l’étude empirique menée pour approfondir le sujet, l’accent sera mis sur le diagnostic de l’état du bien-être émotionnel des enseignants de FLE en Pologne et l’identification des facteurs qui l’influencent.
